Our check in time is 15:00. Therefore in case you come early, please feel free to leave your luggage at lobby.
The check-out time will be 12:00 at noon

To ensure best experience for all acommodated guests, pets are not allowed to stay in the resort

Reservations can be conveniently made via our official email or telephone.

For individual bookings, a 50% deposit of the total room rate is required. The remaining balance will be settled upon check-in.

We accept payments via cash, bank transfer, and major credit cards.

A maximum of 2 children under 6 years old can share the existing bedding with parents free of charge.

For children aged 6 to under 11 years old sharing the existing bedding, a surcharge of 270,000 VND/child/night applies; or 630,000 VND/child/night if an extra bed is required.

Extra Bed: A maximum of one extra bed can be accommodated per room, subject to the room category.

Baby Cot: We provide a maximum of one complimentary baby cot per room for infants under 2 years old (Advance request is highly recommended).

Most of our room categories are accessible and friendly for guests with limited mobility, with the exception of the Grand Deluxe Ocean rooms.

The resort offers buggy services for luggage assistance, with priority given to elderly guests and families with young children.

The entire resort premises are designed to be accessible and wheelchair-friendly for guests with limited mobility.

The resort is located approximately 200 km from the nearest airport.

We offer a private transfer service (7-seater or 9-seater vehicles) at a surcharge of 3,500,000 VND per way.

Currently, the resort does not offer motorbike or self-drive car rental services.

We provide guided tour services to popular local attractions, including Sunset Slope, Poshanu Tower, Phan Thiet Market, Van Thuy Tu Temple, and Duc Thanh School.

The resort offers a variety of meal plans and diverse dining options to perfectly cater to your culinary preferences.
